Children’s Gymnastics Birthday Parties
1 hour 45 minutes For ages 2 to 14
Offered on weekends only beginning at 12:00pm on Saturday’s and 1:00pm on Sunday’s.
Book a fun, active Birthday Party filled with games and warm-up activities, bouncy castle, trampolines, and of course all of our gymnastics equipment. You can sit back and relax while they play, take pictures! Then they can wind down with your food, cake and presents. Our staff will clean up the mess once you have packed up your belongings.
Parents are not allowed on gym equipment.
We Provide:
- Host(s) who will facilitate gym activities and assist you upstairs in our party room.
- Party room for you to set up any party decorations and your table(plates, cutlery, napkins, cups or drinks, food, cake, etc.). You will have 10 minutes prior to the children arriving upstairs to get things set up.
- Tables and chairs
- Party Invitations - download & print or pick up at the office.
- Fun!
You Provide:

Parents run the actual party portion during the last 45 minutes upstairs with help from our staff.
- All party activities must stay within scheduled times.
- Full payment required at time of booking – we may be able to book on short notice!
- Birthday Party Form is required with the names and phone numbers of ALL participants.
Walking to 6 years
1-10 children, 1 Instructor $100.00
11-15 children, 2 Instructors $150.00
16-20 children, 3 instructors $190.00
7 Years & up
1-12 children, 1 Instructor $110.00
13-18 children, 2 Instructors $150.00
19-24 children, 3 instructors $190.00

Please note: Only children attending the party are allowed on the gymnastics equipment. Parents are not allowed into the gym area. Parents of the Birthday child are permitted on the floor to assist our staff and take pictures. For children 3 years and under a parent is allowed in the gym to assist their child. Please contact us if you have any question or suggestions to make your party better!
Full payment required at time of booking Fees subject to $4.00 GBC fee & 12%HST
Birthday Refund Policy: If the party is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booked date the Birthday fee will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be issued if the party is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booked date.
All participants at our Birthday Parties are insured for a one-time visit. We are, however, required to collect the names and phone numbers of ALL participants on behalf of GBC who must provide it to AllSport Insurance in order to validate this insurance coverage. Please complete the Birthday Form and return it to the gym prior to your party.
