Our girls gymnastics classes offer skill progressions on tumbling, dance elements, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. As each level is passed students receive a Certificate of Achievement. Self-discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform the skills. Creativity occurs at the upper levels through the unique combination of skills.

Gymnaestrada is a unique form of participation in gymnastics by any one of any skill level. Similar to cheerleading it is an element of gymnastics that is non-competitive, includes a variety of performance, games and sport activities, with or without apparatus. The goals of Gymnaestrada are to promote and encourage the growth of gymnastics for all, inspire and encourage joy in exercise and to demonstrate the development of the participants. Girls will travel to fun locations, and as this is a group demonstration girls that do not wish to perform individually will love the social and team aspects this program provides.
