Our birthday parties are 1 hour 45 min long.  The 1st hour is in the gym, where the children play on the equipment, foam pit, air castle, and on the trampolines while being supervised by a certified instructor(s).  The children will then head upstairs to the party room for 45 minutes. 

The party room will be setup by our staff with table cloths, as we do not provide food you will need to set that up before the children come upstairs with help from our staff..

No restrictions you can bring any kind of food you like.

Walking to 6 years

1-10 children, 1 Instructor            $100.00+HST

11-15 children, 2 Instructors        $150.00+HST

16-20 children, 3 instructors        $190.00+HST

7 Years & up

1-12 children, 1 Instructor            $110.00+HST

13-18 children, 2 Instructors        $150.00+HST

19-24 children, 3 instructors        $190.00+HST

Our Parties run every hour starting at 4:00pm on

Friday’s, 12:00pm on Saturday’s and 3:00pm on Sunday’s

Please note: Only children attending the party are allowed on the gymnastics equipment. Parents are not allowed into the gym area. Parents of the Birthday child are permitted on the floor to assist our staff and take pictures. For children 3 years and under a parent is allowed in the gym to assist their child. Please contact us if you have any question or suggestions to make your party better!    

Full payment required at time of booking Fees subject to $4.00 GBC fee & 12%HST

Birthday Refund Policy: If the party is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booked date the Birthday fee will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be issued if the party is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booked date.

All participants at our Birthday Parties are insured for a one-time visit. We are, however, required to collect the names and phone numbers of ALL participants on behalf of GBC who must provide it to AllSport Insurance in order to validate this insurance coverage. Please complete the Birthday Form and return it to the gym prior to your party.
