We have found that the majority of boys are not looking for another competitive sport, but rather a fun way to cross-train and stay fit. They’re looking for a place to learn basic acro training for snowboarding, skateboarding, wake boarding, free running, and martial arts. Our program uses plyometrics for lower body strength and cardio fitness, and high bars, rings, for upper body strength. We’ll also work on the basics of flipping.
We offer a Risk-Free Trial Class for first-time students.
